Question 1

Do I need a card to try Propel?

Accepted Answer

No. Every workspace starts with 30 days of every Growth feature for as many users as you invite, without a card.

Question 2

What happens after the 30 days?

Accepted Answer

When the 30 days are up, the workspace is locked until you activate billing. Your data is kept and can be exported. A workspace that never activates billing is deleted 90 days after its trial ends, after two email warnings.

Question 3

Can I bring my data from another CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Export from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho or any spreadsheet and drop the files into the importer. You check everything before it is imported, and you can undo the import in one click.

Question 4

Which email does Propel work with?

Accepted Answer

Connect Gmail to sync conversations and send from your own address, or send through your own mail server over SMTP. On Growth and Scale, campaigns can also go out from your own verified domain.

Question 5

How does the AI work, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The assistant searches your records, drafts replies and suggests the next step; every change it makes is recorded and can be undone in one click. Each plan includes monthly AI queries per user, shared by the team, and you can bring your own provider key.

Question 6

Which languages does Propel speak?

Accepted Answer

English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian, in the app and on this site. Each person picks their own.

Question 7

Where is my data, and can I take it with me?

Accepted Answer

Customer data is hosted in the European Union, and each workspace is isolated at the database level. Contacts, companies, leads and deals export to CSV, and an owner can delete the workspace and everything in it from Settings.

Is Propel up right now?

Uptime, last 90 days
